Sam Gibbons who started the season opener for the Gulf Coast League Twins in the early hours of this morning threw three innings, allowing three hits and striking out five. Despite the strong outing the GCL Twins won 8-4.
Joshua Hendricks, Elizabethton Twins, went 1-5 and has a batting AVG of .200
Andrew Campbell, AZL Indians, went 1-5 scoring a run in his first start.
