Introducing the Aussie Athletics
As you know when the A’s added infielder Luke Hughes to the roster on Monday, they became the first team in MLB history to feature three Aussies at the same time.
In this picture, Hughes (a Perth native) is flanked by a couple of Sydneysiders, Rich Thompson (left) and Grant Balfour (right).
Those boomerangs don’t look tacky at all*.
