COLLEGE WATCH – Greg Mosel, Daniel Lee, Chris Lane and Sam Moon – Redlands CC
After an injury ridden 2011, the spring of 2012 brings a lot of anticipation to the Redlands Baseball Program. With a revamped pitching staff and additions to the lineup Redlands baseball once again has its sights on competing for a Region II championship
The Redland Community College Cougars are 17- 3 on the season so the anticipation of the coaching staff was well warranted.
Four Aussies attend Redlands: sophmores Chris Lane (VIC) and Sam Moon (VIC) and freshmen Daniel Lee (SA) and Greg Mosel(NT).
In the games played so far Chris Lane [Upper Left] is hitting .364 whilst Sam Moon [Upper R] has a batting AVG of .250.
Freshman Daniel Lee [R] who is coming to terms with college baseball is hitting .185.
Pitcher Greg Mosel [L] also a freshman has in 20 innings pitched has an ERA of 2.250 giving up 5 walks and striking out 21.
On information recieved Redlands has quite a balanced side.
